Healthcare data compliance coverage

Healthcare analytics work is governed by patient-data regulation, so the program is taught compliance-aware across the three regions our learners work in:

  • HIPAA (United States) — protected health information (PHI), de-identification and minimum-necessary handling when preparing clinical datasets for analysis.
  • GDPR health-data provisions (European Union) — special-category data under Article 9, lawful basis and purpose limitation for secondary use of patient data.
  • DPDP Act (India / APAC) — consent, data-fiduciary obligations and purpose limitation for health data processed in India.

This is compliance-aware analytics training, not a standalone legal or audit certification.
