Session 2: Intro to AI Agents
What are agents, ReAct, planning vs execution. Hands-on: Build a simple agent with calculator + search tool.
Session 3: LangChain Essentials
Prompt templates, LLM wrappers, chaining. Hands-on: Build prompt-based LLM app using LangChain.
Session 4: Memory + Conversational AI
Buffer memory, context handling. Hands-on: Build chatbot with memory.
Session 5: Tool Integration + Agents
Tools, function calling, agent workflows. Hands-on: Build multi-tool agent (search + Python).
Session 6: Embeddings + Vector DB
Embeddings, similarity search, FAISS/Chroma. Hands-on: Create vector store + semantic search.
Session 7: RAG Core Concept
Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline. Hands-on: Build QA bot on PDF/CSV.
Session 8: Advanced Agents
ReAct agents, function calling (OpenAI). Hands-on: Build structured tool-calling agent.
Session 9: Multi-Agent Systems
CrewAI / AutoGen basics, role-based agents. Hands-on: Build 2-agent system (planner + executor).
Session 10: Deployment
Streamlit / FastAPI basics. Hands-on: Deploy agent UI (Streamlit app).
Session 11: Mini Capstone
Architecture design (RAG + tools + memory). Hands-on: Start building capstone project.
